Linda has lived close to the land in the Algonquin Park region for over 45 years. She is an award-winning professional artist for almost 25 years. Linda’s work reflects her passion for wilderness and wildlife.  She paints on site in all seasons in oils. Working from her own photography taken during wilderness trips, she paints large, iconic paintings on canvas in the studio and winter months.

All of our products are handmade and may very in size and colour from what is indicated.

We try and keep our products and packaging as eco friendly as possible, while continuing to grow and evolve our collection and practices, constantly setting new design and sustainability goals.

Shipping

SHIPPING INFO
all items are shipped via Canada post - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Print orders will take longer and will be processed within 5-14 business days. You will be sent an email notification when your order is shipped out.  Orders will not be processed weekends.

CANADA: we offer two types of shipping - Expedited and Standard Mail
Expedited Service - comes with tracking and insurance.
Standard Mail - is letter mail shipping does not include tracking and insurance. If the item does not arrive or is lost you are responsible for the item and we will NOT REFUND or RESEND - the customer is purchasing at your their own risk.

Returns

Exchange/ Return Policy

We’re sorry your Bayberry Design purchase didn’t work out for you! Please find our return and exchange policies outlined below. For any questions and to get started on your return, email us at hello@bayberrydesign.ca 

 

Online Purchases

We are unable to offer exchanges on online purchases at this time – we ask that you return the original merchandise and then place a new order for the appropriate item. We are happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit in the form of a gift card, provided it meets the required conditions (please see below).

Please email us at hello@bayberrydesign.ca to request a return shipping label: the cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit amount. Your refund/store credit will be processed once we have received and approved your return. Please note that return shipping charges for online orders are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns on online purchases must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested and received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Items must be unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Bags and accessories can be returned for store credit only.
  • Print services are final sale: no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

 
As well, please note the following when requesting a refund or return of an online purchase:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of mailing the return.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping on an order you are returning, your refund will be less the cost of standard shipping. 
  • We are unable to issue refunds for customs fees, as this is charged and collected by your countrys tax office.
  • Once we have received your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout once your refund has processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
  • Bayberry Design reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
  • As Bayberry Design adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your original package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Please see details below on how to request a return. 

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are not eligible for refund, but we do offer exchanges or store credit in the form of a gift card, provided it means the required conditions (please see below).

To return or exchange an item purchased in-store that meets these conditions, simply bring the item to us and we will be pleased to help you. If you ordered online but wish to return your item(s) in-store, please first contact us at hello@bayberrydesign.ca for return authorization.

All returns on in-store purchases must meet the following conditions:

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, or returned for store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Items must be unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Print services are final sale: no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
